Programme details
Audience: For leaders at any level of experience
Numbers: Minimum of 1, maximum of 20 people
Location: Wherever you are. We can come to your offices or an offsite venue. The programme can also be delivered entirely online for remote leaders.
Duration: Your choice of 3 x 2-hour sessions over three consecutive weeks or days; or one 6 hour session
Includes: A discovery call before the training
Learning materials: A takeaway workbook
Optional extra: One-on-one leadership coaching after the training (online)
