The Team Dynamics training course is designed to help teams unlock their full potential by cultivating a strong, positive team dynamic that leads to happier, healthier, and more productive work environments.

At the heart of every contented team lies a strong team dynamic. However, great teams don't just happen by chance; they are carefully developed. The Team Dynamics training course recognizes that every team has its unique way of operating—its own culture. This culture includes the ways team members behave, interact with each other, and engage with customers and stakeholders. Through a coach-led discovery process, your team will uncover its existing culture, identify what is working and what is not, and collaboratively design a culture that supports thriving performance and teamwork. Programme details

Audience:  Any team, any organisation, any sector.

Numbers: Minimum of 5 people, maximum of 30 people

Location: Wherever you are. We can come to your offices or an offsite venue. This programme can also be delivered entirely online for remote teams.  

Duration:  1-day bespoke skills development workshop and coaching to tackle your team's priorities

Includes: A detailed discovery process with team interviews and a survey 

Learning materials: A takeaway workbook 

Optional extra: A team building event from CluedUp Events

Equipment requirements if you choose online training: 

  • Internet connection

  • Computer with webcam

  • Online meeting software (Zoom or Microsoft Teams)
