Your choice of 1 or 2 day programmes (5-6 topics per day):

The Leading Teams course provides a flexible learning experience, allowing you to design your own workshop programme by selecting from a comprehensive menu of essential leadership topics.

Programme details

Audience:  Emerging and developing team leaders, managers & supervisors

Numbers: Minimum of 4, maximum of 20 people

Location: Wherever you are. We can come to your offices or an offsite venue. The programme can also be delivered entirely online for remote teams.  

Duration: 1 full day or 2 full days, depending on how many topics you choose; Or choose several half day workshops if you prefer.

Includes: A discovery call before the training

Learning materials: A takeaway workbook 

Optional extra: One-on-one leadership coaching after the training (online)

Equipment requirements if you choose online training: 

  • Internet connection

  • Computer with webcam

  • Online meeting software (Zoom or Microsoft Teams)
